AAIM Management, St. Louis, MO Author, Robert Morison, kicks off AAIM?s new Executive Briefing Series by presenting: The Talent Gap: The Impact of Baby Boomer Retirement on the Workforce.

As the Executive V.P. and Director of Research at The Concours Group, Morison has been leading breakthrough research at the intersection of business, technology, and human asset management for over 20 years. Reporting on his research, he is a regular commentator for Nightly Business Report on PBS.
According to Morison in his book, Workforce Crisis: How to Beat the Coming Shortage of Skills and Talent, as Baby Boomers retire there are fewer people in the workforce to replace them with the same levels of skill and experience. During the briefing Morison will discuss innovative strategies and techniques employers can use to accommodate a variety of employee age groups and attract the remaining quality employees as the talent gap widens.
